Your photos and device
Photo processing runs in your browser. Keep your originals and check the processed copies before sharing. Removing metadata does not remove information visible in a picture. Conversion to WebP and pixel adjustments can change image quality. Supported formats and processing limits are shown in the tool; device memory can impose lower practical limits.
Plans and prices
Free allows up to 5 photos per batch. Week Pass costs €2.99 once for seven days from successful payment and does not renew. Pro costs €4.99 per month or €24.99 per year and renews automatically at that interval until cancelled. Paid browser plans allow up to 200 photos per batch, with a 100 MiB total batch limit. Prices shown are the total consumer prices, including applicable taxes; your payment total is shown before confirmation.
Sign in with Google before purchasing. Access belongs to that Google account; use the same account to restore access on another device. An internet connection is needed for sign-in, payment and paid-access checks. Access starts after the payment is confirmed. Do not pay again while confirmation is pending; contact support if access is missing.
Week Pass credit
Start an annual Pro upgrade during your active Week Pass to apply its €2.99 price once: €22 for the first year, then €24.99 per year. The credit cannot be used for monthly Pro, exchanged for cash or used twice. Complete the Checkout before it expires. A Checkout opened near the end of your Week Pass may allow up to 31 additional minutes to finish payment. Refunding a credited annual purchase does not make the credit reusable.
Renewal and cancellation
Use My access → Manage billing to cancel renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not refund a past payment. Failed payments may interrupt access; update your payment details in Manage billing. A refunded or disputed payment may suspend its associated access while it is reviewed.
Withdrawal, refunds and complaints
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract by sending an unambiguous statement to our support email, including your account email, purchase date and the plan. You may use the wording: “I withdraw from my EXIF Remover purchase made on [date], account [email].” A special form is not required.
These terms do not ask you to waive that right by using the tool. For a defective service, missing access, duplicate charge or other refund request, contact support with the account email and purchase reference. Do not send your card number or photos. We will assess the request and provide any remedy or refund required by applicable law. Contact support separately if you request a refund of a Week Pass already used for an annual upgrade; no additional charge is made automatically.
Acceptable use and changes
Use the service only for photos you are entitled to process. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass account security. The browser subscription does not include a server API. Future API plans are proposals and are not currently sold. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they apply; existing mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
