Privacy

EXIF Remover processes images only in your browser. Your photos, their metadata and the processed results are never sent to our server and are not stored anywhere.

The server delivers the files of the page and receives the anonymous usage counts described below. Web server logs may keep technical request data: IP address, time, page address and browser type. They are kept for a short period and used only to protect and troubleshoot the server.

We count visits and tool usage with Google Analytics, sent through our own server (your browser does not contact Google for this). We count page views and events such as “photo processed”, “ZIP downloaded” and “series checked” together with the chosen settings; nothing about the photos themselves (content, file names, metadata) is ever sent.

Cookies

Until you choose “Allow”, statistics are collected without any cookies or localStorage: a random visit identifier lives only in your browser tab, and the last part of your IP address is removed before anything is passed to Google. If you choose “Allow”, we set first-party cookies er_cid (visitor id, 400 days), er_sid (session) and, when you arrive from a campaign link, er_utm_* / click-id cookies (90 days); your choice is stored in er_consent (180 days). No advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your current choice: not chosen yet.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when the font is downloaded.

The page stores only the author name and copyright in your browser (localStorage), if you entered them, so you don't have to type them again.
